Please watch/read the tree mail first if you haven't already.
There will be two parts of this first challenge. Part one is with a group of 5 teammates in a more "creative" challenge (flag-making? please throw out other ideas!). Part two is where 5 individuals from Corazon will duel 5 individuals from Orgullo in a not-creative-probably-logical challenge. The first part needs to be done as a team with 24-30 hours to complete. The second part needs to be done one on one (on one) with staff to schedule with the other tribe and you MUST know how to effectively print screen/paste/send to the host of the challenge. The second part is a TIMED challenge. Because we're not too familiar with each other, here's the easiest way to handle this.. You have until Sunday @ 5pm EST to post which part of the challenge you prefer: "Group" or "Duel". Please provide ANY helpful notes for both of those challenges - even if you don't want to do one, your skills/tools/direction would be best put to use in that challenge. Once the whole tribe has posted what part of the challenge they prefer, we can get together and come to some final decisions. Ideally, your response will look something like this: First Choice: Duel - I'm really great at puzzles, Rubix cubes, and "Where in the World is Carmen San Diego.", but I'm not so great at word games because I have dyslexia and/or never learned how to read.Second Choice: Group - I have the finest of photo-editing software/Microsoft Paint, and I enjoy working with others to combine ideas and come up with a cohesive final product. The quicker you can post what you want, the easier it will be to sort out/give tips to anyone completing either side of the challenge.

First Choice: Group - I have a lot of time to dedicate to this portion of the challenge, if need be, and I do have some history in basic editing. I'm pretty creative and I do actually enjoy working with other people. Second Choice: Duel - I'm not terrible at puzzles and I'm very persistent, but I don't have a lot of history doing those in ORG-challenge settings.

First Choice: Group - I have a decent photoshop experience and do work collaboratively with groups in a professional atmosphere in my daily life, so I could be more beneficial here.
Second Choice: Duel - I've never competed in a live or timed challenge in an ORG before so I don't exactly know what to expect, but I am certainly open to trying if someone would prefer the creative portion. I can be a linear thinker, so this might be beneficial depending on the circumstances?

I can be creative and do flags and stuff but I don't have paint. I don't mind doing individual just coz I know not everyone wants to do it. Plus I had a little experience in orgs so it may come in handy. I'm ok at puzzles (not slide puzzles) sporcle and i'm pretty rubbish at mind jolt but I could be ok. Who knows. As long as it's not like flappy bird. lol. But I'm happy to do whatever the group needs

Individual - within the past year I've played 2 orgs so I'm familiar with different styles of challenges. I'm ok with puzzles, mind jolt & memory challenges but terrible at sliders and google maps. I don't mind volunteering, I just hope it's something that I can do quickly.
Group - I have a lot of ideas and am dedicated to helping us do well but I do not have any sort of photo editing software.

I will fill in wherever you guys need me. I don't have any software for editing, but I'm very creative. especially in a collaborative setting. I'm very good at puzzles, but I have very little experience doing them in an org setting. just let me know what y'all need. :-)

First Choice: Duel - I am NOT good at math (Right Mary!!) So if its a math challenge I will fail. However I do have many other skills, and dont mind going 1 on 1 with someone.
Second Choice: Group - I would like to help lead a project like this... I obviously cant do it on my own, and will need some creative help, but I think with my background (Photoshop and being creative with my job) This seems like a good fit for me. I am confident as a group, and I think with someone else helping me spear head the project and grab everyone's collective ideas, we can really come up with something awesome.
Either way, Im in it to win it, so wherever I fall (solo or group) im going to do my best to kick ass.

Individual: Jules Penny Steph Michelle Shaily
Is everyone okay with this set-up?

Choice one : Group....I don't have paint shop and cant do any of the fancy stuff that might be needed to actually make something...but I always have LOTS of ideas amd am creative. Choice two : I am ok at puzzles, but if it is a slide puzzle I will NEVER get it. I can screenshot and send. I am not working and am available live tomorrow

Hi Ladies,
For the individual portion, please number yourselves 1-5. So the hosts know who is doing what for the individual portion.
Thank you!

can we just go one to five in the order that Alyx posted above? that should keep it simple.

That would work! Let me know otherwise, if someone's favorite # is 2 and refuses to be any other # or something
