Well, to begin the description of my coat of arms I will start with the color I chose for the buff. Being this is the season of “Instinct and Intuition” I decided to go with purple tie dye, because purple is the symbolic color for “psychic“. In the human chakra system it is representative of the Crown Chakra, which is the chakra of intuition and higher awareness of the physical and spiritual world around us. Some might know of it as the “third eye”. Being so, I decided to embed on the center of the headdress a purple isurvivor logo to symbolize the object of intuition, and power which we all have to tap into in the game to keep an extra “eye” on our opponents. I also decided to accent my Venezuelan, Kundalini figures ears with two isurvivor logo earrings as well. In this game we are heavily dependent on the information we receive from others, and it’s up to our personal intuition to filter out the facts from the foes. Now the figure itself is representative of a Kundalini tribal figure. The kundalini is the coiled up energy in us all, like a very tight spring. It will travel up a tube in the body that lies close to the spine and on it's way up, the kundalini both cleans and strengthens the body’s energy and chakras. It symbolizes a way of tapping into a natural storage of power that we all have in the body. Once it’s released there is an explosion of power, enhancing ones level of awareness of the realm around them. The arms and tentacles of the figure are to symbolize that effect, when we have once embraced that personal power. Now to the name. Something Numinous has a strong spiritual quality, suggesting the presence of a divine power. Numinous is "wholly other"-- meaning, entirely different from anything we experience in ordinary life. It evokes a reaction of silence, and awe, but it also provokes terror because it presents itself as overwhelming power. It seemed necessary in drawing correlations of the merge as a numinous experience.
